O'Connell Signature Homes has been building upscale custom homes in York County, South Carolina and surrounding area since 1986.
Owners Dennis and Barbara O'Connell delight in helping clients achieve the perfect mix of floor plan and amenities to complement their lifestyles. Each project is a one-of-a-kind home in the country, on Lake Wylie, or in popular neighborhoods like Meadow Lakes II or Laurel Creek.
Dennis, with the help of two others in the field, supervises all construction, while Barbara manages the office and customer service functions. The company is fully insured and holds licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
A member of the National Home Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of York County, and the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, O'Connell Signature Homes was named "Builder of the Year" in 1993.
